Track your Order
When you make an order with PartyPlastics, and you provide us with a working email address, you will immediately receive an email that confirms that your order was made successfully. Then, when your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

You can track the progress of your delivery by following the hyperlink in the dispatch confirmation email. If you cannot find this email, it may be worth checking your junk mail folder for an email with the following subject line: ‘PartyPlastics Dispatch Notification’.

Standard Delivery
The packaging and delivery charge for all orders up to £75 (inclusive of VAT) is £6.95. Orders over £75 are delivered free of charge.

We take pride in dispatching orders as soon as possible. Over 98% of orders placed by 3pm on Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day for delivery on the next working day (Monday-Friday) between 9am and 6pm. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or any time on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

After extensive research, we have selected a national courier company to deliver the majority of orders. They have proved to be very efficient and reliable, delivering almost everything on the next working day. Deliveries made to N. Ireland, Channel Islands, and Scottish Highlands and Islands (Remote Deliveries) may take up to 5 working days to deliver, and will incur a £25 surcharge. Please note that your goods will not be dispatched until payment for the surcharge has been received.

Please ensure that somebody will be at the delivery address to sign for the parcel(s).
