Track your Order
When you make an order with PartyPlastics, you will be asked to provide us with a working email address. You will then immediately receive an email that confirms that your order has been successfully placed. On dispatch of your order, you will receive a second confirmation email.

You may track the progress of your delivery by following the hyperlink in the dispatch confirmation email. If you cannot find this email, it may be worth checking your junk mail folder for an email with the following subject line: ‘PartyPlastics Dispatch Notification’.

Standard Delivery
The packaging and delivery charge for all orders up to £75 (inclusive of VAT) is £6.95. Orders over £75 are delivered free of charge.

We take pride in ensuring are dispatched as soon as possible. Over 98% of orders placed by 3pm on Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day for delivery within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) between 9am and 6pm. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or any time on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

After extensive research, we have selected a national courier company with a proven track record of efficiency and reliability to deliver the majority of orders. Remote deliveries (N. Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands) may take up to 5 working days to deliver, and will incur a £25 surcharge. Please note that your goods will be dispatched on receipt of payment for this surcharge.

Please ensure that somebody will be at the delivery address to sign for the parcel(s).
