How To Order
- Click on any category tab (such as “Disposable Glasses”) to show the different types available.
- Click on the type you require (such as “Beer”) to display all relevant products.
- For more information click on the ‘large image’ or ‘more details’ buttons.
- When you are ready to buy, click on the ‘add to order button’ and you will be taken to another page to select the number of items, packs or boxes required.
- You will then be offered the option to review your order, checkout or continue shopping.
- When you checkout, your complete order will be displayed and you will be given the opportunity to select Express Delivery if you wish. You will then be asked for delivery and card holder details. Finally, you will be transferred to SecureTrading’s secure website to enter your card details.

- You will receive an email confirming your order. A second email will be sent when your order has been despatched.

Returns and Refunds
We believe that you will be delighted with our products but there may be occasions when you wish to return something to us. If so,
please package the item(s) securely and send them to us at the address on the invoice within 8 days of receipt. We will credit your
card with the value of the goods.
Please note that we cannot accept goods when the packaging has been opened or the goods have been damaged - nor can we refund any
delivery charge or the cost of returning the goods to us.
Problems with your order
If goods have been damaged, your order is incomplete or contains items you have not ordered, please call customer services on 01753 664210 or
email us at info@partyplastics.co.uk as soon as possible. We will immediately dispatch replacements or process a refund. Any goods
you did not order will be collected at our expense.
