Made from a reed pulp, these containers are more rigid than paper and most plastic plates. They are ideal for both hot and cold foods, being resistant to 100 degrees centigrade, and prevent hot oils and grease from soaking through. Great for kitchen storage as they are both microwave and freezer proof.
Reed pulp is a 100% renewable source, and can be easily composted, either in commercial conditions, your green waste or a domestic compost heap.
