Help & FAQ

What if I cannot find the plastic glass I am looking for?

We have a very large and wide ranging stock of plastic glassware on our web site - however if you cannot find the product that you require simply contact us. If we don't stock the glass in our standard ranges we can normally source and obtain stock within a couple of days.

Do you supply sample products?

Yes we are happy to supply product samples if available. Please contact us.

Do you have enough stock to fulfil my order?

Almost certainly yes. We hold very large volumes of stock for all of our core plastic glass ranges - enough to fulfil the majority of bulk orders - and even if our stocks are low, the largest of orders can be filled within a few days. If you have a particularly large order that requires next day delivery and want to make sure that we have the stock - simply give us a call to check.

What if you don't hold the plastic glass I want in stock?

We have close relationships with manufacturers throughout the UK, Europe and around the world. If we do not hold a particular plastic glass in stock then we can normally source the product and deliver within a few days of your order. If there is a lead time on a product it will be listed on the product record in our site - but if you are not sure just give us a call and we will check for you.

Do I need to use a CE or Capacity marked glass?

If you are a licensed establishment serving alcoholic drinks you will probably need to serve those drinks in measured volumes using government stamped drinkware. Many of our products are CE marked to line or rim and stamped for complience with UK licensing laws. If you have any questions or are unsure please give us a call or check with your local Trading Standards Licensing Officer.

Do you sell a good quality disposable plastic glass?

Yes. While all disposable plastic glasses are designed to be disposable (so are not as robust as reusable ones), you can still get a good quality glass. Always keep in mind that disposable plastic glasses are generally quite flexible though. If you need a strong sturdy or virtually unbreakable plastic glass that can be used more than once, you should consider our reusable range.

If you are not sure just give us a call - we will be happy to advise you on what's best for your needs.

What are the differences in quality between plastic glasses?

An overview of the different types of plastic glasses we sell, the materials they are made from and the quality differences between them, can be found in our plastic glasses page.
